April 2026 Yoga Practice

This is a slow flow, gentle yoga practice where we start with a lying down sequence, slowly transition to a seated sequence, and then slowly transition to standing sequence, ending in rest.


This yoga class is for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Practice at your own pace, stop if you experience discomfort, and consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
